Teo Marinakis is a Chilean-Brazilian director and cinematographer based in New York. He grew up in Santiago and earned his BFA in Film & Television from NYU Tisch.
His short films have screened at festivals including Cleveland International, Rhode Island International and Indy Shorts, and earned a Vimeo Staff Pick. He has directed and shot commercials and music videos for clients such as ZEISS, Gabriela Hearst and Chloé.
Drawn to human, social and political stories that cross borders, he is currently developing his first feature.
